Key Responsibilities:
1. Enterprise Strategy & Stakeholder Alignment:
- Lead the development and articulation of the organization's long-term strategic roadmap.
- Drive alignment of strategic priorities across functions to ensure clarity, focus, and execution discipline.
- Provide strategic insights on growth levers, competitive positioning, sector trends, and value creation drivers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on strategic choices and trade-offs.
2. Investor & External Stakeholder Engagement:
- Develop investor-grade presentations, strategic narratives, and performance insights for boards, investors, analysts, and other external stakeholders.
- Support leadership in stakeholder engagements by providing clear, data-backed perspectives on strategy, performance, and outlook.
- Track and interpret valuation drivers and benchmarking metrics relevant to the sector.
3. Performance Transformation & Operational Excellence:
- Lead enterprise-wide performance transformation initiatives focused on cost optimization, productivity improvement, and scalability.
- Drive digitization and automation of key processes across functions to enable efficiency and long-term sustainability.
- Benchmark internal performance against industry best practices and set ambitious yet achievable transformation targets.
4. Executive Dashboards & Strategic MIS:
- Design and institutionalize executive dashboards that provide real-time visibility into business performance.
- Oversee the development of strategic MIS frameworks to support leadership decision-making and execution tracking.
- Monitor, analyze, and report the impact of transformation initiatives against defined strategic objectives.
Experience & Background:
General Experience:
- 10-14 years of experience across strategy, performance transformation, operations, or finance roles.
- Prior experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation-focused roles.
- Strong exposure to working with senior leadership, boards, and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience in driving cost-efficiency initiatives and digital transformation in complex, scaled organizations.
Critical Capabilities:
- Expertise in strategic planning, executive communication, and investor-ready storytelling.
- Strong understanding of operational improvement methodologies and performance management frameworks.
- Experience in mobility, automotive, manufacturing, or consumer-focused industries is advantageous.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and outcome ownership.
