Designation - Head Strategy

Qualification - Any Graduate with MBA

Candidate should have 15-20 years of Strategy exp from large groups, Manufacturing, Cement and Building Material sectors at regional and National level. Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places.

KRA's :

- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and enhance profitability.

- Collaborate with the leadership team to create a comprehensive plan for transforming the organization's structure and processes and ensure its successful implementation.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans across the organization.

- Provide guidance and strategic direction to business units, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy.

- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and industry experts.
