Jobholders are typically responsible for:
Strategic Leadership
- Collaborate directly with the Managing Director to shape and refine the company's strategic direction.
- Lead the development of strategic roadmaps, growth blueprints, and market expansion strategies.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on new business opportunities, partnerships, and competitive positioning.
- Support high-level decision-making through strategic analysis, scenario planning, and board-level presentations.
- Prepare and review board papers, investor decks, and regulatory submissions related to corporate strategy.
- Identify and evaluate new markets, distribution channels, and product opportunities.
PMO Governance & Transformation
- Establish and lead the enterprise PMO, ensuring consistent governance and delivery of strategic programs.
- Define project management frameworks, KPIs, and reporting structures to monitor progress and impact.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure timely execution of transformation initiatives.
Digital Business & Innovation
- Lead the digital transformation roadmap, including platform strategy, automation, and customer experience.
- Identify and incubate new digital business models and revenue streams.
