About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven, analytical, and entrepreneurial professional to join our Founder's Office as the Head of Strategy. This strategic role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Founder/CEO and senior leadership on high-impact projects that shape the future of the organization. You will serve as a trusted advisor to the Founder and lead cross-functional initiatives that drive growth, operational efficiency, and innovation across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Founder/MD on strategic planning, business decisions, and mission-critical initiatives.
- Lead and execute high-priority cross-functional projects from concept to implementation.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive benchmarking, and financial analysis to inform decision-making.
- Develop strategic business cases, growth plans, board-level presentations, and investor materials.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements across teams and functions.
- Serve as the point of coordination between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders.
- Act as a thought partner and sounding board for business strategy, fundraising, M&A, and new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- 4-7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or a high-growth startup environment.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver complex projects with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities with experience in stakeholder management.
- Prior experience working closely with CXOs, founders, or leadership teams is highly desirable.
