Head - Strategic Solutions & B2G Client Farming

Role Overview:


We are seeking a senior leader to drive B2G client farming and lead the delivery of high impact EdTech and IT solutions across government institutions. The role involves strategic client engagement, defining solution roadmaps, and ensuring measurable impact through innovative programs that align with client objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


B2G Client Farming & Strategic Account Expansion


- Lead B2G client farming initiatives, identifying, nurturing, and expanding high value government accounts.


- Build and sustain long-term relationships with government officials, policymakers, education boards, and public sector stakeholders.


- Engage directly with senior government leaders and CXOs, advising them on digital transformation, EdTech adoption, and capability-building priorities.


- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and scaling programs across departments and regions.


Strategic Leadership & Solution Roadmap


- Define and execute the regional B2G strategy, driving market penetration, client impact, and revenue growth.


- Develop solution roadmaps for government clients, aligning learning and IT programs with policy priorities, organizational objectives, and technology adoption goals.


- Oversee a portfolio of EdTech and IT solutions, ensuring commercial success, client satisfaction, and measurable outcomes.


- Lead, mentor, and develop a senior team of solution consultants, program managers, and client engagement professionals.


Solution Delivery & Impact


- Ensure successful design and delivery of large-scale, customized learning and technology programs for government clients.


- Drive organizational transformation initiatives, integrating digital learning platforms, IT solutions, and capability-building programs.


- Monitor program outcomes, leveraging insights to enhance solutions and strengthen client relationships.


Cross-functional Collaboration & Thought Leadership


- Collaborate with internal teams- product, technology, and operations, to ensure seamless solution design and execution.


- Represent the company at government forums, conferences, and public sector events, establishing thought leadership in EdTech and digital solutions.


Qualifications & Experience:


- 12+ years of experience in senior leadership roles, preferably in EdTech, IT solutions, or digital transformation for public sector clients.


- Proven experience in B2G client farming, strategic account growth, and government engagement.


- Strong understanding of government procurement, policy frameworks, and public sector decision-making.


- Track record of leading teams, mentoring talent, and delivering large-scale programs.


- Demonstrated experience in defining solution roadmaps and advising senior clients on digital and learning transformation initiatives.


- Exceptional relationship management, influencing, and negotiation skills with senior government and CXO-level stakeholders.
