About the Role:
- This role focuses on building large-scale institutional and corporate partnerships to drive student enrollments across India.
- The position requires a strong network, exceptional sales capability, and the ability to activate growth channels across universities, corporates, and training partners.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B & Institutional Growth:
- Drive bulk student enrollments through universities, colleges, corporates, and training partners.
- Build and expand partnerships with HR, L&D heads, founders, and institutional leaders.
Corporate Outreach:
- Pitch programs to senior decision-makers and close workforce-enrollment contracts.
Channel Partner Development:
- Develop and manage networks of TPOs, educational influencers, and training academies.
- Build long-term, high-volume student inflow channels.
Ground Activation:
- Represent the organization at events, seminars, HR conclaves, and campus engagements.
- Build brand presence and generate on-ground leads.
Revenue & Metrics Accountability:
- Ensure all partnerships translate into measurable student signups.
- Maintain discipline around CAC and partnership ROI.
Who You Are:
- 6-12 years of experience in enterprise sales, higher-ed partnerships, B2B growth, or edtech partnerships.
- Strong network across universities, corporates, and training ecosystems in India.
- A strong closer with proven negotiation and deal-conversion capability.
- Field-oriented, relationship-driven, and comfortable with travel, events, and client meetings.
- Highly metrics-driven with a focus on outcomes, not just MoUs.
