Head - Strategic Finance

Experience: 12 - 15 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.

- Track revenue performance, pipeline, business KPIs, and financial insights.

- Own SaaS metrics such as MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, and expansion revenue.

- Partner with Sales on commercial deal structuring, contract reviews, and enterprise closures.

- Build financial models to support business growth and market expansion.

- Drive sales performance measurement, incentive planning, and financial governance.

- Prepare leadership and Board presentations while strengthening financial controls and processes.

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Finance, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Corporate Finance within SaaS, IT, consulting, or investment banking.

- Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, GAAP/IFRS, audits, taxation, and financial compliance.

- Expertise in Excel, financial modeling, and BI/data visualization tools.

- Solid understanding of SaaS business models and subscription metrics.

- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
