Title: Head - Specialty Tea Business (Tamil Nadu)

- We are looking for a strategic and visionary leader to drive the Specialty Tea business in Tamil Nadu.


- The ideal candidate will have 10-20 years of experience with listed luxury brands, focusing on D2C, e-commerce, and digital platforms.


- This role requires proven expertise in scaling premium consumer brands, building strong digital presence, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:


- Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution for the Specialty Tea business segment, ensuring clear direction for growth, market expansion, and long-term brand development. Formulate business plans that strengthen the companys presence across diverse digital ecosystems, including D2C platforms, online marketplaces, and emerging digital commerce channels.


- Drive sustainable revenue growth by overseeing P&L management, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring profitability targets are consistently met.


- Champion product innovation by identifying market trends, consumer insights, and premium tea opportunities, transforming them into differentiated offerings that elevate the brands luxury positioning.


- Strengthen brand equity by crafting compelling narratives, refining customer touchpoints, and ensuring a superior, experience-driven journey for high-end tea consumers.


- Build strong external partnerships with growers, distributors, digital partners, and luxury ecosystem collaborators to enhance reach, quality, and customer loyalty.


- Professionals currently leading a business at the level of VP, President, Director, or Business Head, with proven expertise in scaling premium or niche consumer categories are preferred.

Specialty Tea or Coffee, Gourmet FMCG, Luxury Personal Care, Digital-first Sales Models, Metamarkets, and Premium Consumer Goods sectors are the preferred sectors and Industry.
