2. Category Manager - Filters & Spares
A strategic and commercial role focused on growing the spares revenue and managing product-channel lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Ownership: Drive sales across channel partner and online routes.
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Enable availability and drive penetration.
- Pricing & Portfolio: Manage product mix, pricing, bundling and propositions.
- Loyalty & Engagement: Run technician loyalty and channel incentive programs.
- Forecasting & Inventory: Work with planning teams to ensure stock health.
- Consumer Insights: Use field and customer inputs to refine portfolio.
- Channel Enablement: Partner with D2C, e-comm and service networks.
- Tech Enablement: Support digitization of order, tracking and loyalty platforms.
Requirements:
- MBA from a Tier-1 institute
- 4-5 years in category/revenue management or consulting
- Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder skills
- Exposure to spare parts, durables, or service-based ecosystems preferred
