We are hiring a Head - Spare Parts for a leading Consumer Electronics & White Goods organization to lead the end-to-end spare parts supply chain and after-sales support function.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead demand planning, sourcing, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics for spare parts.

- Drive inventory optimization, improve fill rates, and ensure timely spare parts availability.

- Manage strategic sourcing, vendor relationships, warranty claims, and reverse logistics.

- Implement automation and digital transformation initiatives across the spare parts supply chain.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- 12-18 years of experience in Spare Parts, Supply Chain, or After-Sales Operations.

- Strong experience in Consumer Electronics, White Goods, Retail, FMCG, or related industries.

- Expertise in demand planning, inventory management, sourcing, warehouse operations, and logistics.

- B.E./B.Tech is mandatory; MBA in Supply Chain or Operations will be an added advantage.

- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
