Role Overview:

Unison International is scaling its core operations and is looking for exceptional sourcing professionals across leadership levels to strengthen its menswear sourcing function.

What We're Looking For:

Head of Sourcing, you will spearhead the end-to-end procurement and strategic sourcing function, serving as a pivotal leader in driving operational excellence and cost optimization. You will work closely with the C-suite, cross-functional department heads, and global vendor partners to align procurement strategies with the company's long-term growth objectives. By managing complex supply chains and fostering high-value supplier relationships, you will directly influence the organization's bottom line, ensure seamless service delivery, and maintain a competitive edge in the market. This role is based in Mumbai and requires a seasoned professional capable of navigating high-stakes negotiations and large-scale procurement ecosystems.

Deep Category Mastery:

- End-to-end expertise in menswear sourcing.

- Strong experience across suits, formal/casual shirts, and trousers.

- Expertise in vendor development and cost negotiation.

Operational Background:

- Proven strength in managing in-house sourcing.

- Experience with manufacturing linkages and large-scale supply chains.

- Experience within export houses or leading retail brands.

Educational Qualification:

Mandatory: B. Tech in Textile Technology or graduation/post-graduation from a premier institute such as NIFT
