Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on leader to build and oversee the end-to-end solar manufacturing vertical. The role demands expertise in modular manufacturing, imports (e.g., cells from China), and local assembly, ensuring high-quality, cost-efficient solar solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solar manufacturing operations, from design to delivery.
- Set up and manage modular manufacturing processes for solar kits and components.
- Oversee global supply chain, including imports of solar cells (China and other markets).
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and certifications.
- Drive efficiency in assembly lines, cost management, and vendor partnerships.
- Collaborate with leadership to scale solar manufacturing capacity.
Required Experience
- 12-20 years of experience in solar / renewable energy manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of solar cells, panels, inverters, and battery assembly.
- Demonstrated ability to set up or scale modular manufacturing plants.
- Exposure to import sourcing, supply chain, and vendor management.
- Execution-driven, younger leader with hands-on problem-solving skills.
