We are hiring for a 01 D2C consumer and lifestyle startup looking for a strong, creative, and hands-on Head of Brand & Social Marketing to build and scale the brand identity and communication across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and scaling of the brands identity, positioning, and communication across all online and offline channels.

- Own end-to-end social media strategy, content planning, creative direction, and visual storytelling.

- Drive influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and UGC initiatives to enhance brand authenticity and reach.

- Collaborate closely with performance marketing and growth teams to create high-converting campaigns and content.

- Partner with revenue and growth functions to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and brand recall.

- Own full-funnel campaign executionfrom concept and storytelling to design and launch.

Requirements:

- 6-8 years of experience in branding, social media, content marketing, or growth marketing.

- Prior experience working with D2C, consumer-tech, lifestyle, beauty, fashion preferred

- Proven experience in building or scaling a brand

- Strong understanding of consumer psychology and storytelling targeted at modern parents.

- High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous 01 environment.

- Excellent creative instincts with a sharp focus on business impact and results.
