Are you a digital native with a flair for storytelling, innovation, and data-driven strategy? We're looking for a Head - Social Media to lead the charge in shaping our brand presence across platforms!

Location: Mumbai

Reports to: Digital & Brand Alliance Head

Team: Content Creators, Influencer Managers, Creative & Media Agencies

What You'll Do:

- Strategize & Lead: Own and drive social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.

- Performance First: Align social with business goals - brand, engagement, commerce, advocacy.

- Champion Content: Push a video-first approach - reels, shorts, UGC, lives.

- Build Communities: Lead influencer partnerships and grow online communities.

- Be Data-Driven: Track KPIs, leverage tools like Meta Suite, Sprout, Brandwatch, GA.

- Innovate Constantly: Experiment with AI, AR, shoppable videos & new platforms.

- Lead Teams: Inspire in-house talent & partner agencies toward best-in-class output.

What You Bring:

- 10-15 years in digital/social, with 3+ years in a leadership role

- Deep knowledge of platform trends, storytelling, creator economy

- Proven experience scaling lifestyle/consumer brands

- Strong analytics, communication, and team leadership skills
