Head/Site Incharge/Resident Construction Manager

Role and Responsibility:

Managing overall project execution at site & leading the team from the front and play the pivotal role to achieve project progress as per agreed schedule. Coordination with Internal team, Consultant, Customer and Sub vendors to fulfil project requirement and maintaining harmonious work environment. Co-ordination with HO team to ensure timely availability of materials and resources. Strong Liaoning & interpersonal skills to make client happy and aligned.

Detailed Role and Responsibilities:

- Executing and monitoring monthly plan in line with project and customer requirement.

- Cost control & fast decision making.

- Monitor and ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and quality standards at site. Communication with sub-vendor for any non-compliance.

- Organize and lead the meetings with internal team as well as customers as per construction requirement for meeting the targeted timelines and on time completion of the project.

- To ensure timely submission of Customer invoices and collection of fund from client.

- Ensuring timely submission of Vendor bills to HO.

- Ensuring proper documentation of all site activities, progress reports, and change orders.

- Maintain records for delay analysis.

- Interface management between Civil, Mechanical & E&I disciplines

- Provide guidance, mentorship, and conflict resolution among internal site team.

- Ensuring regular submission of progress dashboards for internal management reporting.

- Sub vendor and other dispute resolution.
