Head - Services Sourcing

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead enterprise-wide Services Sourcing (Indirect Procurement) for a large organization managing an annual spend of - 4,000 Cr+.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead sourcing strategy for indirect service categories including HR services, Marketing, Customer Experience (BPO/Call Centers), Warehousing & Transport, Retail services, Security services, and Digital/Network infrastructure services.

- Drive strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and cost optimization across categories.

- Manage large-scale vendor ecosystems while ensuring strong governance, SLAs, KPIs, and contract compliance.

- Partner with cross-functional leaders across HR, Marketing, CX, Retail, Supply Chain, and Network teams to deliver business objectives.

- Lead and mentor a team of category managers and sourcing professionals.

Experience Required:

- 12-18+ years of experience in Indirect Procurement / Services Sourcing.

- Strong experience managing multi-category service sourcing and large vendor portfolios.

- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier negotiations, and spend analytics.

Qualification:

- MBA or equivalent with strong experience in procurement/sourcing leadership roles.
