Description:

Key Deliveries:

- Oversee end-to-end service procurement for renewable energy projects, including manpower, fencing, security, maintenance, and other ancillary services.

- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery of services.

- Draft, review, and negotiate service agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Identify and onboard reliable vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring adherence to sustainability and ethical standards.

- Mitigate risks associated with service contracts, including delays, cost overruns, and non-compliance.

- Collaborate with project teams to align procurement activities with project timelines and operational needs.

- Monitor vendor performance, resolve disputes, and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to service procurement in the renewables sector.

- Manage budgets, track expenditures, and optimize procurement processes to enhance efficiency.

- Lead and mentor the procurement team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Specialized Knowledge:

- Expertise in procurement best practices, contract management, and vendor negotiation.

- Familiarity with renewable energy project requirements, including manpower, fencing, and ancillary services.

- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks impacting service procurement in India.
