Role Overview

The Head of Service will oversee the end-to-end service operations for Careworxs healthcare technology solutions, ensuring optimal installation, maintenance, and performance of hardware, software, and network components at client sites. This leadership role requires a strong technical foundation, hands-on problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage service teams while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee installation, configuration, and optimization of healthcare hardware, software, and networking products at customer sites.

- Diagnose and resolve performance issues to ensure uninterrupted product functionality.

- Monitor system performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.

- Provide technical guidance and advisory support to clients for improved equipment performance.

- Lead and train field service engineers and customer teams on Careworxs integrated digital solutions.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service and issue resolution.

- Collaborate closely with the sales and application teams to meet operational and client requirements.

- Manage travel to customer locations as per weekly service schedules.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

MBA preferred (Operations, Service Management, or related specialization).

Experience: Minimum 5 years in service operations, preferably in medical equipment or healthcare technology.

Technical Skills:

- Strong computer and networking knowledge.

- Proficiency in software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

- Documentation and reporting expertise.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication.

- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

- Willingness to travel and work directly with clients.
