Head/Senior Vice President - Trade Finance Products - Transaction Banking

Job Description:

A leading global banking and transaction banking institution is seeking an experienced product leader to drive Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance product strategy in India. The role will own product development, commercialization, financial performance, digital partnerships, embedded finance initiatives, and structured trade solutions while working closely with regional and global stakeholders to enhance market share and client wallet penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own product strategy and proposition development across Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance.

- Drive launch and commercialization of new products, solutions, and digital capabilities.

- Build and manage strategic partnerships with fintechs, marketplaces, and ecosystem participants.

- Lead embedded finance and structured trade solution initiatives for corporate clients.

- Manage product profitability, revenue growth, risk-weighted assets, and overall business performance.

- Ensure strong governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management across product portfolios.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 14-20 years of experience in Transaction Banking, Trade Finance, or Global Trade Solutions.

- Strong product management experience across Trade Finance, Receivables Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and Structured Trade solutions.

- Demonstrated experience in product strategy, product launches, and commercialization.

- Strong understanding of fintech partnerships, digital ecosystems, and embedded finance models.

- Exposure to corporate banking clients and complex trade structures.

- MBA, CA, CFA, or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
