Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head / Senior Manager Sales & Marketing (Export) to spearhead domestic and international sales for our garment export and manufacturing business.

The role demands strong expertise in global apparel exports, client acquisition, international market expansion, and strategic marketing execution.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving B2B garment exports, building long-term relationships with international buyers, and managing cross-border operations in collaboration with production and logistics teams.


Key Responsibilities


Sales & Business Development


- Drive domestic and international B2B sales in garments and apparel exports.

- Identify and expand into new global markets while strengthening existing buyer relationships.

- Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition and revenue growth.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients to maximize profitability.

Marketing & Brand Development

- Develop and execute global marketing and export promotion strategies.

- Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets.

- Build the companys presence in target markets through strategic collaborations and partnerships.

Client Relationship Management

- Build strong, long-term relationships with buyers, agents, and distributors across geographies.

- Ensure exceptional client service by coordinating with internal teams for on-time delivery and quality assurance.

- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Operations & Coordination

- Collaborate with production, sourcing, and logistics teams to align order fulfillment with client requirements.

- Monitor end-to-end supply chain efficiency and resolve operational bottlenecks.

- Lead forecasting and planning for timely execution of large-scale export orders.

Leadership & Strategy

- Lead and mentor a sales and marketing team to drive high performance.

- Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for top management.

- Contribute to long-term business strategy, market intelligence, and global competitiveness.


Candidate Profile


- 10+ years of experience in garments/apparel exports, with proven sales and marketing leadership.


- Strong knowledge of international markets, garment export procedures, and compliance requirements.

- Excellent negotiation, business development, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in managing P&L, budgets, and strategic sales planning.

- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to build and lead a high-performing team.

- Willingness to travel globally for client meetings, exhibitions
