Position Summary: - The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for the strategic direction, execution, and continuous enhancement of HR initiatives across the organization. - This individual will partner with executive leadership to shape our talent strategy, enhance employee experience, and ensure that our HR practices support the company's growth and sustainability. - The incumbent is responsible for all facets of Human Resources, excluding Talent Acquisition, including employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, HR operations, and talent development. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership: - Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with organizational goals, ensuring a high-performance culture and scalable growth. - Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR operations. - Partner with senior leadership to identify and address HR challenges, drive organizational change, and align human resources initiatives with business priorities. Employee Relations & Organizational Culture: - Cultivate an inclusive, positive, and high-performing work environment, ensuring a high level of employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. - Manage employee relations matters, lead investigations, and provide timely resolution, while maintaining a fair and transparent workplace. - Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution, ensuring consistent application of company values. Performance Management & Talent Development: - Lead the design and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, employee assessments, and career development planning. - Champion leadership development and succession planning initiatives, identifying high-potential talent and preparing them for future leadership roles. - Develop and implement comprehensive training and development programs that enhance employee skills, capabilities, and career progression. Compensation & Benefits: - Oversee the management of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with industry standards. - Conduct regular salary benchmarking and market analysis to support datadriven decision-making in compensation planning. - Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of local labor laws and employment standards. HR Operations & Compliance: - Lead HR operations, including HRIS, payroll, employee records management, and benefits administration. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies across all HR functions. - Continuously evaluate and streamline HR processes, implementing technology solutions to drive efficiency, accuracy, and employee satisfaction. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: - Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and execute a seamless recruitment and onboarding process for all new hires. - Ensure alignment between organizational needs and talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent. Qualifications & Experience: - Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a proven track record in leading HR teams in mid to large-scale organizations, preferably within the IT services or technology sector. - In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and emerging HR trends. - Demonstrated ability to manage complex HR issues with a solution-oriented mindset, offering strategic insights and innovative solutions. - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. - Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools. - A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
