Head - Security Operations - Security/Law Enforcement

Job Summary:

We are seeking a disciplined and experienced retired Army Officer at the rank of Major or Lieutenant Colonel to manage security operations at a corporate office in ITO, Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee overall security operations and ensure the safety of employees, visitors, and company assets.

- Develop and implement security protocols and emergency response procedures.

- Supervise and manage security guards and personnel deployment.

- Monitor CCTV surveillance, access control, and visitor management.

- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.

- Handle emergency situations, security incidents, and investigations.

- Coordinate with local police, administration, and emergency services.

- Maintain security documentation, incident reports, and compliance records.

Candidate Requirements:

- Retired Army Officer with the rank of Major or Lieutenant Colonel.

- Strong leadership, discipline, and personnel management skills.

- Experience in security management, risk assessment, and emergency handling.

- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

- Prior experience in corporate security will be an added advantage.
