SEO and Traffic Generation: - Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic. Social Media Strategy: - Develop and oversee a robust social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engage the online community. Ideal Candidate: Educational Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Certifications in SEO, Content Creation, and Management are a plus. Work Experience: - 12-15 years of work experience, preferably in Financial Services/E-commerce companies. At least 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role. Skills: Proven experience in content strategy, digital marketing, SEO, AI, and project management. Extensive experience in e-commerce with a strong understanding of traffic generation, conversion optimization, and user experience. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, MS Project). Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs). Experience in AI and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
