Key Accountability and Responsibilities: - Ensure partner school success by facilitating high-quality teacher placements, managing post-placement satisfaction, and driving long-term institutional engagement. Placement & Matching - Lead the teacher placement function to align qualified teachers with school job requirements. - Design systems to optimize the match between teacher profiles and school needs (including role, location, curriculum preferences). - Oversee job board fulfillment and ensure open positions are staffed effectively Partner Relationship Management: - Build and sustain long-term relationships with K-12 schools in India, the Middle East, and broader Asia (with global expansion ahead). - Serve as the primary relationship owner for all post-placement engagements, including onboarding, performance feedback, and issue resolution. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Coordinate with Teacher Acquisition, Teacher Success, and Marketing teams to ensure a unified approach. - Contribute to the overall Teacher Ecosystem roadmap, reporting into the Head - Teacher Ecosystem.
