Head - SAP Operations/S/4HANA

Job Title: Head SAP Operations (S/4HANA).

Experience: 10 to 15 Years.

Location: Gurgaon & Bangalore.

Note: We are looking for immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute SAP strategy & roadmap.

- Lead S/4HANA migrations, upgrades, and module rollouts.

- Oversee multi-module SAP operations: FICO, PP, MM, SD, PM, WM, QM.

- Standardize processes & ensure compliance with best practices.

- Manage teams, vendors, and stakeholders across CXO, business, and operational levels.

Skills & Experience:

- 10-15 years SAP experience with multi-module leadership.

- Strong expertise in at least 2-3 core modules (FICO, PP, MM, SD, WM).

- Experience in manufacturing industry (electronics/discrete preferred).

- Proven track record of SAP implementations & S/4HANA transformations.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
