We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of SAP to lead and oversee the management, optimization, and continuous improvement of the companys SAP ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be a deep subject matter expert in SAP modules and SAP HANA, with a proven ability to drive the implementation, integration, and support of SAP solutions across businesses.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership :

- Lead and define the SAP strategy, roadmap, and vision for the organization, focusing on maximizing the effectiveness of SAP modules (such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP WM, etc.) and SAP HANA across all business functions.

SAP Implementation & Integration :

- Oversee the successful implementation of SAP solutions and the integration of SAP HANA with existing business processes and IT systems. Ensure alignment with both short-term and long-term business goals.

Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement :

- Identify areas for process optimization within the SAP environment, focusing on driving efficiency, reducing complexity, and ensuring that SAP solutions are delivering tangible business value.

SAP HANA Expertise :

- Provide expertise in SAP HANA platform implementation, migration, and optimization, ensuring that the organization leverages the full capabilities of SAP HANA for real-time analytics, reporting, and decision-making.

Project Management :

- Manage and oversee SAP-related projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of SAP initiatives.

System Performance and Security :

- Oversee SAP system performance, ensure system stability, and maintain SAP security protocols, including compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Reporting and Analytics :

- Ensure that SAP delivers comprehensive, accurate, and timely reporting and analytics that support decision-making across the organization.

- Leverage SAP HANA's capabilities to enhance reporting and business intelligence.

Required Expertise and Qualifications :

Experience :

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on SAP modules and SAP HANA.

- Proven experience in implementing, managing, and optimizing SAP landscapes, particularly S/4HANA and HANA-based systems.

Technical Expertise :

- Deep understanding of SAP modules, including SAP FICO, MM, SD, WM, PP, and SAP HANA.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration and upgrade projects is highly desirable.

Educational Background :

- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- A Masters degree or relevant SAP certifications is a plus.

Skills and Competencies :

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects.

- Knowledge of SAP Best Practices, methodologies, and SAP Activate.

- Familiarity with cloud-based SAP solutions, such as SAP Cloud Platform and SAP Ariba.

- SAP certifications (e.g., SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA).
