Job Responsibilities:
1. Report directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO).
2. Analyse business requirements and identify viable solutions; develop technical specifications for new systems or enhancements to existing ones.
3. Collaborate with internal client teams (e.g., Accounting, Human Resources) to ensure seamless cross-departmental coordination during implementations.
4. Prepare and submit project time estimates for client approval.
5. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and alignment throughout project execution.
6. Create computer models to assess the impact of new policies or procedures on business operations.
7. Partner with IT team members to design new functionalities or enhance existing ones based on client needs.
8. Research emerging technologies for potential integration into current systems or for new product development.
9. Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate the technical and economic viability of proposed solutions.
10. Oversee end-to-end project management, including planning, scoping, design, development, testing, and deployment of new systems.
Job Requirements:
Must-Haves:
- Educational Qualification: B.Tech / MCA
- Experience: 12-15 years overall, with 4-5 years in a leadership role
Domain Expertise:
- Strong understanding of Functional and Manufacturing domain applications
- Hands-on experience in Application Development
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP and SAP Functional Modules including MM, SD, PP, PM, and FICO
