Role purpose:
Lead and manage the company's sales operations for the enamelled wire business, with responsibility for driving revenue growth through existing accounts, improving sales processes, managing the sales team, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting new business development across target segments.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive monthly and annual sales targets across assigned markets and customers
- Manage and grow existing OEM, institutional, and channel relationships
- Lead the sales team across regions and ensure target discipline
- Improve enquiry tracking, quote conversion, and sales reporting
- Work closely with production, planning, dispatch, and finance teams to ensure timely execution
- Support collections and overdue control through structured customer follow-up
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in focus sectors
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market developments
- Prepare monthly forecasts and support management in sales planning
- Conduct regular reviews of key customers, sales pipeline, and team performance

Candidate profile
- 12-16 years in industrial B2B sales
- Experience in enamelled wire, wire & cable, copper/aluminium products, electrical components, motor/transformer/appliance ecosystem preferred
- Strong team management and key account handling capability
- Comfortable with plant coordination and manufacturing-led selling
- Good commercial understanding and negotiation ability
- High ownership and execution focus
