1. Build & Lead RM Organisation
- Hire RMs and TLs
- Sales processes
2. Revenue & P&L
- Own revenue delivery
- Set targets
3. Talent Attraction
- Strong network
- Culture-building
4. Leadership Collaboration
- Work with Product, L&D, Management
Ideal Candidate Characteristics
- 15+ years in affluent wealth of which 5 years in leadership / Regional Head role-
- Strong networks at leading firms-
- Proven RM team scaling capability
