Job Role
1.Sales Channel development
- Build and manage a strong, Tech Savy Sales Team (Relationship Managers and Team Leads)
- Create and Develop B2B and B2C sales channels
- Drive revenue through direct and indirect channels
- Develop effective and efficient Sales processes
2. Revenue and P&L
- Set sales and accounts targets
- Set revenue targets and deliver against it
- Responsible for Sales P &L
3. Team Management
- Build and manage a strong, Tech Savy Sales Team (Relationship Managers and Team Leads)
- Build a world class collaborative Culture and winning mentality
- Work with L &D to create and implement training and capability development plans
4. Leadership Collaboration
- Work with Management to agree and achieve annual targets
- Assist management in developing a sustainable business and growth plan
- Work with Product teams to create cutting edge solutions and products
