Sales Training Head Luxury Eyewear
Description:
Role Summary:
Responsible for developing, delivering, and managing sales & product training programs for luxury eyewear retail teams. Ensure high service standards, product knowledge, and store performance across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver sales, soft skills, and customer experience training modules.
- Conduct product knowledge sessions for premium & luxury eyewear brands.
- Improve store conversion, upselling/cross-selling, and average billing value.
- Train store staff on styling, frame selection, customer handling, & brand communication.
- Evaluate performance through mystery audits, feedback, and store visits.
- Build onboarding training for new hires and refresher programs for existing staff.
- Partner with retail & HR teams to identify gaps and training needs.
- Maintain training reports, dashboards, and improvement action plans.
Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of training experience in luxury retail, eyewear.
- Strong communication, grooming standards, and customer service orientation.
- Ability to conduct engaging classroom & on-floor training sessions.
- Understanding of premium eyewear brands, lens technology, and retail sales cycles.
