Description:
We are hiring a high-impact Enterprise Sales Leader from the IT Staffing / Recruitment industry to drive large client acquisition and revenue growth.
This is a foundational, high-ownership role where you will directly work with the founder to build and scale enterprise accounts, with a clear path to team leadership.
If you have strong relationships with tech/product companies and enjoy closing high-value deals, this role is for you.
What Youll Do:
- Drive enterprise client acquisition for IT/Engineering staffing services
- Own the complete sales cycle prospecting pitching commercials closure
- Leverage your network to open doors with large tech/product companies
- Build and grow key accounts with long-term, high-value engagements
- Develop strategies for bulk hiring / faster placements
- Work on niche, high-demand skills (AI/ML, Golang, etc.) to win strategic deals
- Explore MSP/VMS routes (Pontoon, Magnit, etc.) to enter large accounts
- Partner closely with the founder on GTM strategy and growth roadmap
- Over time, build and lead a small sales team
What Were Looking For:
- 6+ years of B2B Sales experience, with 3+ years in IT Staffing / Recruitment sales
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals
- Strong experience in end-to-end sales ownership
- Existing relationships with HR / TA Heads / Business Leaders in tech/product companies
- Strong understanding of pricing, commercials, and sales strategy
- Ability to drive revenue growth and account expansion
Good to Have:
- Experience working with MSP/VMS platforms
- Exposure to global markets
