SALES SUPPORT - HEAD - GURGAON (10-18 YEARS) - Sales Support Head opportunity in Gurgaon for an experienced, result-driven and seasoned Sales Support and Sales Operations professional having 8+ years of experience in Sales Analysis, Sales Strategy with prior experience of working in a Personal Care/Beauty industry. Location : Gurgaon Your Employer : A leading, global beauty/cosmetics company selling its products in over 100 countries along with presence in Europe and the Middle East market Responsibilities : - Managing the Sales Support department by developing strategies and execute plans for Incentive programs, Promotional events &amp; conferences, Field Communications, Training &amp; Development and Revenue Recognition. - Regularly updating sales data - Sales Budgeting, Sales Pipeline, Sales Forecasting. - Supporting field team in identifying new geographies and market analysis while, studying current market trends in current geographies. - Understanding of business P/L region-wise as well as at Pan India level to manage budget. - Motivation of team and channel partners( Yearly and quarterly programmes) - Planning, developing and implementing Sales Incentive Programs. Requirements : - Graduate/Post Graduate with 8+ years of experience in Sales Analysis, Sales Operations, Sales Support. - Broad Understanding of the Direct Sales strategic requirement and having experience of working in a Personal Care/Beauty industry - Excellent presentation, oral communication skills and negotiation skills. - Good industry knowledge; target oriented individual with outstanding sales and analytical aptitude.
