Role: Head of Sales
Location: Powai, Mumbai
Way of Working: 6 Days a week
WHAT YOULL DO:
- Build, manage, and train the buyer experience/sales team across MMs
- Design systems + playbooks to drive best in class conversion + NPS
- Collaborate with growth, pre-sales, and product to refine the buyer journey end to end Co-own and drive sales metrics and targets
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
- Sales leader - who can balance targets and conversions with trust and experience (will talk about NPS, trust as much as targets)
- Strong people manager with experience building, coaching, and scaling sales teams
- Strong track record of problem solving and PM-like capabilities
- 6+ years of experience
