We are authorized consultant to a company who is manufacturer of spray & nozzles etc.

We are urgently seeking for the below position:

Position - Sales Head

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location : Bengaluru

Salary : 22 to 25 LPA

Experience : 20 to 25 years in direct selling of industrial products and systems in food & pharma, paper & pulp, Iron & Steel, Coal, Automobile, Electronics and others industries.-

- Qualification : -Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Industrial Production/Automobile)-

Core Competency Requirements:

- Should have impeccable integrity, open to correction, willing to identity problems as they arise.

- Establishing & sharing clear vision of the company with all stakeholders. Discuss, develop company business goals/objectives, annual budget, key performance indicators.

- Visualize the results, direct, guide, and motivate the people to achieve company goals.

- Periodical review of business performance and look beyond the problems to cause and develop precise solutions for success.

- Develop effective communication and feedback system in the company. People are assets, understand them, impart maturity, skills, validate direction, ensure right people are instituted at right place.

- Establishing company policies and guidelines are essential for easy and efficient operation of business. Envisage, research on market development, review existing and new business opportunities and invest strategically for enhancing/enlargement of business horizons.

- Understand and review company financial performance and take necessary actions to improve.

- Understanding & address internal/external issues and create a conducive environment among senior manager group and support functions. Make the teams work in a more cohesive manner and bring in transparency in operations without gatekeeping.

- Enhance authority to regional/industry leaders and empower them to take decisions, own responsibility for success and failure

- Work closely with Marketing teams to get more leads and convert into orders.

- Work with engineering and manufacturing for localization of parts which will reduce the price pressure with fast turnaround time.

- Encourage and motivate sales team to do better year on year (attractive incentive scheme, gap bridging meetings and so)

- Work closely with key customers for understanding their new applications, issues and providing solutions (ex. nozzle audits, satisfaction feedback, courtesy visits).

- Reduce layers in day-to-day operations, encourage team, guide, provide right resources and make team responsible for achieving company goals.
