We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Sales Head-B2B-INDUSTRIALSALES handing Auto-OEM SECTOR to lead the national business for our Specialty Chemicals division . This role requires strong commercial acumen, P&L ownership, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve sustainable business growth across diverse industrial segments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue, market share, and profitability across India.

- P&L Management: Own full profit & loss accountability including budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategy, and cost optimization.

- Market Expansion & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, expand into emerging markets, and strengthen the company's footprint across regions.

- Key Account Management: Lead client engagement, manage high-value B2B accounts, and ensure delivery of tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team with a strong focus on execution, alignment, and accountability.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D, technical services, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless delivery.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy and drive business outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 22+ years of progressive sales experience in the specialty chemicals ( adhesive, coatings, sealants) or allied industrial sectors

- Proven success in P&L leadership, team management, and national-level sales planning.

- Strong knowledge of B2B industrial sales dynamics development of OEM Acct

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in managing technical sales processes and leading strategic initiatives.
