Role Overview As Head of Sales, you will own and drive our revenue growth strategy. You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales function, scaling revenue from $1M to $10M+, and expanding our footprint in international markets. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves to close deals. What We're Looking For - 10 yrs plus experience managing and scaling B2B startup sales (preferably SaaS or tech-enabled services). - Proven track record of taking revenue from ~$1M to $10M+ ARR. - Global sales experience - ability to scale products internationally and manage cross-border sales cycles. - Strong hands-on approach - willing to lead from the front, close key accounts, and set the example for the team. - Experience in building and managing sales teams (hiring, training, motivating, and retaining top talent). - Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments. - Data-driven mindset with expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. - Bonus: Prior experience in legal tech, SaaS, or compliance/regtech sectors.
