- Responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy in INDIA in close cooperation with the APAC team to achieve growth targets for the direct business - Hire, motivate and manage a team of sales folks across India - Be Responsible for the overall sales target. - Be responsible for customer acquisitions; Represent our company effectively; - Build partnerships, engage with and maintain enduring customer relationships. An Ideal Candidate should come with: - 10-15 years of experience in Sales and Business Development, with at least 2 to 3 years in building and leading sales teams in high-quality organizations. - Track record of outperformance / over-achieving targets in previous workplaces. - Prior experience in setting up & scaling sales functions. - Preferably should come from a cyber security background
