Role: Sales Head.
Responsible for the strategic leadership of the sales division, focused on achieving revenue targets through effective team management and superior client engagement.

Job Location: Bangalore.
This role will command the entire operation across our Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad divisions.
Experience: 15+ years of progressive experience in real estate sales, with substantial leadership experience, ideally in residential projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes comprehensive sales strategies, sets ambitious targets, conducts market analysis, and forecasts sales to drive revenue growth and project success.
- Conceptualizes and implements innovative marketing strategies to outperform competition and achieve targeted sales.
- Ensuring sales revenue collection as per targeted milestones.
- Build a long-term client network through referrals, events, and personalized outreach.
- Collaborate with marketing, CRM, legal, and finance teams to streamline sales operations.
- Optimizes sales processes, manages budgets, and ensures strict adherence to all legal, regulatory, and company compliance standards in sales operations.
- Organize focused & purposeful market research and analysis to dynamically position Companys real estate portfolio for fast paced sales.
- Generate timely sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and MIS reports.
- Leads, motivates, and trains the team, manages and fosters a high-performance culture to consistently achieve and exceed sales objectives.
