- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and business plans to increase market share.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performance team of sales agents, conducting regular performance reviews.
- Sales Target Achievement: Set, monitor, and achieve ambitious sales targets and revenue goals for residential or commercial projects.
- Customer & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor activity, market trends, and property demand to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations (e.g., RERA), and internal policies.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
- 10+ years in real estate sales, with 5 - 8 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation, leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Industry Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of property markets, B2C/B2B sales, and CRM tools.
