Job Title: Head of Sales Delhi NCR
Location: Delhi NCR
Reporting To: CEO / Director Sales
Role Purpose
- The Head of Sales Delhi NCR will lead end-to-end sales strategy, execution, and revenue delivery across residential (mid-premium, premium, luxury) and/or commercial projects in the NCR region. The role will own sales targets, pricing strategy, channel management, team leadership, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Own regional sales P&L, bookings, collections, and revenue targets for Delhi NCR
- Lead project launches, inventory planning, pricing strategy, and absorption planning
- Build and manage large sales teams and channel partner networks across NCR
- Drive channel sales (brokers, CPs) and direct sales; ensure strong CP engagement
- Work closely with marketing, CRM, and product teams to improve lead conversion and customer experience
- Track market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to refine GTM strategies
- Handle HNI/NRI clients, large-ticket transactions, and key negotiations
- Ensure governance on CRM discipline, approvals, collections, and customer satisfaction
- Mentor and develop second-line leadership within the sales organization
Candidate Profile
- 15-25 years of experience in real estate sales with a Tier-1 or reputed developer
- Strong exposure to Delhi NCR residential and/or commercial markets
- Proven track record of 1,000 Cr+ annual bookings (preferred)
- Experience handling multiple project launches and large sales teams
- Strong network with channel partners and brokers in NCR
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
