Role Overview:
The Head of Sales - Real Estate will lead and manage the entire sales function for Companies driving revenue growth and market share within the Bangalore real estate market. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies, managing a large sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The Head of Sales will work closely with the marketing, business development, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of success in the real estate industry, possessing strong leadership, strategic thinking, and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth for Company.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a large sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
- Manage the sales budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, channel partners, and stakeholders to drive business development.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards in sales activities.
- Oversee the implementation and utilization of CRM systems to manage leads, track sales activities, and improve sales efficiency.
- Manage P&L for the sales function, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
