Location: Mumbai.
Experience: 10+ years.
Role: Head of Sales.
Reporting to MD.
CTC Range: - 30-35 LPA based on experience.
Our client is looking to hire dynamic professionals with a strong background in real estate sales (especially with NOBO/SOBO market connects), specifically in selling holiday homes, residential properties or villas to HNI and Ultra-HNI clients.
Responsibilities:
- Drive direct sales of to HNI/UHNI clients.
- Build and nurture relationships with channel partners, brokers, and wealth managers to ensure steady pipeline.
- Develop deep understanding of client needs and offer personalised property solutions.
- Represent the brand with sophistication and discretion in line with the expectations.
- Manage site visits, negotiation, deal closures, and post-sales client engagement.
- Lead the sales teams for all projects.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years' of sales experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
