Network development, 2. Increase Volume, 3. Identify different buy & sell Sources, 4. Increase Market share & 5. Customer satisfaction 1. Business Volume & Growth - Procurement & Retail 1.1 Own all Revenue, Volume & Growth plans and overall sales strategies for the business 1.2 Design distribution model, prepare annual forecasts. Develop MPCPs, recruit & train front-end sales team 1.3 Build procurement funnel, sales processes and monitor steady-state procurement & retail channels for throughput and efficiency 1.4 Collaborate with all other business stakeholders for platform enablement on B&M processes. Auditing different Processes of the business regularly 1.5 Establish local partnerships and relationships to enable earned media, tactical tie-ups to drive low-cost procurement and retail activities in the catchment areas 2.
