About the Role:
- We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Head - Sales to lead and expand our premium senior living projects across South India.
- The role demands a strong sales strategist and people leader capable of driving performance, nurturing customer relationships, and growing the brand's presence in emerging senior living markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for senior living projects.
- Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and customer insights to refine sales plans.
- Oversee launch and pre-launch campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, guide, and motivate regional sales teams located across South India.
- Set clear performance benchmarks, conduct periodic reviews, and ensure achievement of business goals.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, CRM, and post-sales teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Business Development:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, channel partnerships, and institutional
collaborations.
- Build and maintain relationships with NRIs, HNIs, retirement planners, and eldercare networks.
- Represent the company at real estate exhibitions, senior living expos, and industry forums.
Customer Engagement:
- Interact with prospective buyers-especially senior citizens and their families-to understand their lifestyle needs.
- Present the value proposition of premium senior living communities with empathy and professionalism.
Project Oversight & Travel:
- Visit project sites in Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Thrissur, Kottayam, and other locations for reviews, client meetings, and sales events.
- Work closely with design, project, and marketing teams to align sales objectives with product delivery.
Core Competencies:
- Proven experience (minimum 12 to 20 years) in sales leadership roles in real estate, preferably with exposure to senior living, premium housing, or lifestyle projects.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong understanding of South Indian real estate markets.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results under tight timelines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across project locations.
