Position: Sales Head - Rigid Packaging (PET Bottles Division)

- Location: Hyderabad

- Role Overview:-

We are seeking an experienced Sales Head to lead our rigid packaging (PET bottles) division, responsible for driving revenue growth of - 200-300 crore and managing a high-performing sales team.

- Key Responsibilities:-

- Lead and manage end-to-end sales operations for P & L PET bottle division

- Drive revenue growth and achieve - 200-300 crore annual sales targets

- Build, mentor, and manage a regional/national sales team

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans and market expansion initiatives

- Manage key accounts in FMCG, beverages, pharmaceuticals, and personal care sectors

- Establish strong relationships with major clients and stakeholders

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

- Collaborate with production and supply chain teams for demand planning

- Key Requirements:-

- 12-18+ years of experience in rigid packaging / PET bottles / plastics industry

- Proven track record of handling large business volumes (- 200+ crore)

- Strong leadership and team management experience

- Excellent client relationship and negotiation skills

- Exposure to FMCG, beverage, or pharma packaging segments preferred

- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
