Head of Sales Purpose: The Sales Head will get the opportunity to build an organisation with a plan to go public in the near future. It will be an opportunity to work in a multi line/product business in varying segments. Business development will be a key focus in this role and hence they will get to ideate, strategise & implement new initiatives. Job Description: 1. Driving change initiatives in all verticals of business. 2. Ensuring consistent growth in sales performance of all verticals through NSMs/ vertical sales heads. 3. Ensuring a healthy portfolio is maintained through vertical collections head(s). 4. Understand the risk framework & credit policies of all segments of the business & suggest improvements to the Credit Head. 5. Building synergy among verticals through leveraging cross-sell opportunities, resource sharing/re-allocation etc. 6. Developing strategy for horizontal & vertical growth of the verticals through NSMs & the strategy department. 7. Driving new development initiatives through the head of business development P P&L responsibility of the entire sales, collections & legal department (of all verticals) 8. Developing & implementing marketing & sourcing strategies in collaboration with the marketing head. 9. Take proactive & corrective measures for future growth & sustainability of all verticals. 10. Developing long term strategy of the organisation along with other Heads of departments & the MD. 11. Collaborating with the IT head to develop a long term IT strategy & drive implementation in all the verticals. 12. People Management of key positions in sales. Skills: 1. MBA/ PGDM 2. 40 - 45 years - Age Bracket 3. Years of Experience - 18 - 22 yrs 4. Must be from NBFC or Financial Aggregators 5. Must have sales/collections experience 6. Experience with handling large manpower numbers, NBFC/SFB only with multiple product lines 7. Must have experience in Secured Loans - LAP/Machine Financing 8. Must have direct sourcing experience
