We are a new NBFC focused on empowering Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) through tailored financing solutions, including supply chain and working capital financing solutions. Role Overview:
We are seeking a customer oriented Anchor Sales head to lead corporate sales and Anchor onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Anchor Sales
- Onboard new Anchor Corporates for Supply Chain financing programs and drive utilization through relationship managers
- Manage and renew existing Anchor programs, ensuring compliance and smooth execution.
- Engage with Anchors on collections, adhoc requests, stop-supply, and pricing reviews. - Handle documentation including MOUs and agreements
- Coordinate with IT teams for program onboarding in LOS/LMS.
- Train and mentor sales officers in corporate sales and relationship building
- Implement process controls to minimize operational risks and errors.
- Track competitor offerings and support internal product development
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with RBI, NBFC, and local lending regulations.
- Implement strong KYC/AML processes to prevent fraud.
- Partner with internal audit & compliance teams for periodic checks and risk assessments.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in Banks/NBFCs managing Corporate Clients. Candidates with some Credit Underwriting background preferred.
- Strong knowledge Supply Chain Finance (SCF), Vendor Finance, Dealer Finance.
- Excellent Relationship Management & Execution Skills
- Strong understanding of Credit, Risk & Financials
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and build systems from ground zero.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
