Head Sales- Modern Trade- Personal Care & Cosmetics - Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow business from Modern Trade (MT) Channels covering supermarkets, hypermarkets, standalone OFO (Open Format Outlets) - Brings in strong working relationships and credibility with leading Modern Trade partners like Reliance Retail, D Mart and other strong MT chains both national and Regional. - Analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, establishing partnerships with key MT partners , negotiate trade terms, and ensuring in-store merchandising and visibility. - Ensuring high brand visibility in modern trade channels and maintain a strong market share. - Working closely with the marketing team to develop effective brand campaigns and promotions. - Lead & Manage workforce across the Modern Trade channel - Monitoring performance and taking corrective actions - Work within allocated promotional cost and ensure effective spending in driving sales and brand building. - Lead resource for planning and negotiating for in-store activations, merchandising, sell-out plans with the accounts - Resolve customer's trade issues, complaints and operational matters. - Overall it's a critical role to driving sales growth, building brand equity, and maintaining strong relationships with key MT partners. - Good knowledge of Sales Commercials, Trade Margins and BTL activities and ensure a strong ROI for all the spends and investments. Have the ability to customize and contextualise these spends at a Pan India level given local requirements. Eligibility: - MBA with 15-18 years' experience in Sales preferably from Personal Care/ Beauty Cosmetics Industry - Experience of handling Regional/ National level role - Well Networked with leading Retail Chains/ SuperMarkets/ Hypermarkets - Open to travel across the Country - Good with numbers & Tech savvy
