- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for Marine Freight (FCL/LCL - Import & Export).

- Drive revenue growth, gross profit, and volume targets for the region/branch.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

- Develop new business opportunities and strengthen key account relationships.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and trade lane developments.

- Oversee pricing strategy in coordination with procurement and operations teams.

- Ensure strong pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline.

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Take ownership of branch-level sales performance and contribute to overall P&L.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- 5-15 years of experience in Marine Freight (Sea Freight) Sales - Import/Export.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

- Strong industry network with exporters, importers, and trade partners.

- Prior team handling and leadership experience is mandatory.

- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

- In-depth knowledge of freight forwarding operations, INCOTERMS, and trade compliance.
